here's a poem i wrote for english. it's an 'anglo saxon' style poem. 6 lines with a caesura and alliteration. it's about albert hoffmann.

Abtruse Albert Hoffmann ventured from this typical norm
To supersede the stereotypical monotonous subconscious
And desecratee dogmatic ignorant beliefs only to demistify
The truth that's taken our personal freedom
Ska Maria single-handedly presented Ska Pastora
And without strife warped his worries to waste
Together, this was one person changed in the fight to perpetuate inner peace
 
/me sits silently waiting for Kandebuttahfly making an appearance....8)

hmmm...you made it out of the lounge unscathed. Not sure how that happened. Maybe BL is a more decent place than we all thought. Or maybe everyone was just asleep at the time. :)

Anyway, you obviously have some talent with language, and I like that although this was written for a class it doesn't feel overtly safe or sterile.

<shrug>. it's some stupid poem that has to do with heroes. i couldn't think of anything..so i just picked the first person that came to my head. no one knows who he is...and if the teacher does...i'll just say i was referring to his expeditions with the mazatecs..not the drug part...and as for ska pastora...that's a god too. haha
