sunlight, about to go down

you go right past me
on your bicycle

i hear the dust in the brakes first
and on the pavement i

smell it too

second i see the pedal
and i follow it , the thread

hanging from your
pantleg your
long long leg riding by me

pushing
thigh going down

and as you go past i see

a rusty knife blade sticking up
out
from your back pocket

at a dangerous angle
