I have this question: If I see that another member on this forum is in the same location as I am & from reading their posts they are happy with their "stuff", would it be improper to ask them for a referral to their dealer?
Not only would it be improper but it could land you in a whole pile of crap.
It is strictly forbidden to source anything on bluelight and it is very common for members to put in complaints about people PMing them about sources. Such persons are dealt with very severely.
You should be aware that Law Enforcement monitors the site constantly and it is not beyond them to attempt to use entrapment.
At no stage should you ever use bluelight to attempt to either get or sell drugs in any way shape or form.
Thank you Maz I couldnt have said it better myself.
If we find out that a member is using the site to source (and we will often find this out from other members, which we highly appreciate) the person sourcing will be severely dealt with, as Maz said.
Thanks fizz, Maz extra, redundant, yet-again response here, because this is VERY imortant
When staff is made aware of PMs that involve sourcing at minimum an infraction is issued. We ask that members not do it not just for the sake of rules and because it is not a part of our being a Harm Reduction information source but also because it is contrary to personal safety.
You would not make drug connections through personal ads because you wouldn't know who the hell you are dealing with, I assume. There is no real authenticating someone as being sane, discreet, not law enforcement, not exploitative, here than there is in a personal ad.
Also an out of the blue source related PM is likely to make a recipient think you are exploitative or LE and they are likely to forward it to an admin.
If we were about helping people source many dummy accounts would be created by the worst suppliers to promote their products imo.
Sources of true harm reduction materials like clean syringes and such can be posted on Bluelight in appropriate places provided there are not non-harm reduction products on the linked to site.
The legally murky area of quasi-legal substances is something Bluelight has stayed away from for many good reasons. One is that products presented as legal have ended up not being as legal as they were promoted to be. Many such products have turned out to be mislabeled, dangerous, or tainted. Bluelight is international and we don't have the resources to keep constantly up to date on ever-changing legality in different jurisdictions OR which vendors are rip-offs, mislabelers, etc. I'm probably only scratching the surface on why we don't do quasi-legal substances.
It also has very much to do with the standard slogans in response to this issue which are Bluelight is not here to help you get high and Bluelight is not here to help you score drugs
This has been discussed to death. There have been lots of arguments made, but the policies that are in place are there for a good reason. You can do a search and find some of the discussions.
I'm going to close this thread, its been answered and I dont see it going any further
