Sorry for posting this here but 2 more persons dead is, I hope, enough for a warning in the busiest forum...
2 persons died from PMA in Belgium. It is all over the newspapers.
Size : 8mm x 4mm.
Color : Beige with lightbrown spots/speckles.
Logo : xTc, small x, LARGE T, small c.

I don't know where I really want it. It is just a general warning about PMA turning up in Belgium. 2 people died. It is all over the newspapers in The Netherlands which indicates that DIMS/Trimbos thinks the risk is big enough to start some kind of warning campaign. There are a few interesting details to be found in the (Dutch)newspapers.
The Belgian doctor who examined the bodies says;
Philipe Jorens, arts op de intensive care van het academisch ziekenhuis Antwerpen bevestigt dat in het bloed van de jongen sporen zijn gevonden van de paramethoxy amfetamine (afgekort pma).
+Doctor confirms PMA was found.
Wie een of meerdere pma-pillen slikt zal maar weinig positieve ervaringen opdoen. Net zoals xtc jaagt de drug de bloeddruk op, verhoogt de hartslag, en veroorzaak overmatige transpiratie en een hyper-alertheid. Wie met zo'n pil de hele nacht maar doordanst, zonder te drinken, raakt uitgeput en uitgedroogd; en dit alles nog vele malen heftiger dan bij xtc. De lichaamstemperatuur kan oplopen tot 42 graden, organen vallen uit en hartritmestoornissen treden op; met mogelijk de dood tot gevolg.

Voor de pil is geen tegengif. Symptoombestrijding is alles wat artsen rest.
+There is no antidote.
Treatment of the symptoms is all they can do.

Toch zal niet iedereen die de drug gebruikt er dood bij neervallen, zegt Jorens. ,,Bepaalde mensen lijken er voor voorbeschikt te zijn. We weten nog niet hoe dat komt. Dat maakt het des te gevaarlijker.''
Though not everybody who uses PMA will die from it. Certain people seem to be more sensitive to it. We don't know why that is (yet). That makes it even more dangerous.

here's a possible answer to your question...
A CYP2D6-deficient test subject was observed to excrete 4.4% of a 5 mg oral dose of PMA as 4-hydroxyamphetamine, compared to 49 and 64% excreted as this metabolite in two normal subjects. In addition to this metabolite, both normal subjects small amounts of 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)propan-2-one and 4-hydroxynorephedrine. By contrast, CYP2D6 deficient subject excreted, in addition to small amounts of 4-hydroxyamphetamine, a relatively large
amount of 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)propan-2-one oxime as well as the ketone itself. 4-hydroxy- and 4-methoxybenzoic acid were also detectable, unlike in two other subjects. All three subjects excreted a small amount of an unidentified metabolite. This shows that PMA metabolism can vary from individual to individual, which can have important implications, particulary in relation to variations in response to the drug.

Yeah, it seems one can make a study of it. Too much info, everywhere, all the time. I just thought I'd warn people for new pills with PMA;
