I'm trying to reply to a person who has messaged me asking for help in my city but my message is not going thru. It says:

pyttsan has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

Please advise or give me his email, I would like to help him/her.

asking "for help". what kind of help?

for obvious privacy reasons, we can't give out email addresses. if the user doesn't empty their pm box and you don't have a way to contact them off bluelight, you're out of luck i am afraid.
