plugging morphine 1st time

I have a morphine purple and white capsule 120mg filled with beads. I've plugged dilaudid 4mg before with good results.
My question is do I just empty the beads out, crush and add warm water hot water or room temp water since I heard that they gel when wet.
Once it's all ready how much should I plug? All 120mgs? When I have plugged 4 mg dillies?
