Opioids Plugging dosages

whats going on everybody, been a while since i posted. My dad just passed away from cancer and my mother gave me all of his painkillers because of my bad back. I have 90 MScontin 30mg. 60 MSIR 15mg, a couple norcos, bunch of diazepam temazepam and lorazepam. My question is how much IR morphine should i plug if my tolerance is 2-3 bags of smack in a dose, or 170+ mg hydrocodone or like 100-120mg of oxycodone. I ask because ive seen different bioavailability's for plugging, some say its just the same as oral so im confused. thanks in advance guys

I'm sorry for your loss.

I've read from a few sources that rectal BA is around the same as oral, but also many studies saying it is far greater. There are factors like pH (7-8 is optimal) and whatnot that may determine the exact ratio, but from personal experience plugging morphine is at least twice as strong as oral morphine. If you eat 100-120 of oxycodone IR, then I'd try plugging 100mg or so.

It might be easier for you to consult an opioid equivalency chart or application. Seeing as how you know what your approximate sweet spot is for opioid use, take into account the variable bioavailabilities and then do some simple math. That will get you very close to the dose you need provided your math skills are okay.
