yeeya: if you have some panadol caps sitting at home that can be taken apart (easily), just use those. Empty them out and push a finely crushed pill (1/2 or full or so, your choice) into the cap. Re-fit the cap and do 'what you have to' when you plug :)

Always crush the pill and put into a gel cap.
All I can say is to make your chances of it working better.
Go for a REALLY big sh*t first.
trust me (i was told by me mate DAVE) ;)
 
Plugging is great if done properly.
the first time i did it it didnt work all that well. it was a crushed up green ? in a gel-cap.
reason: i didnt push it up far enough
second time was a crushed up blue lightning bolt in a gel-cap. but i pushed it up as far as my fingers would allow (oouch!)
effects: un-fkin-believable! it crept up and hit me like a train (1.5 stronger than eating the pill whole)
it has to go all the way in, and make sure you have gone to the toilet within 1 hour of plugging it.

err, I think they mean either go to the toilet within 1 hr BEFORE plugging or at least 1 hr later (at earliest) after plugging.. :)

I dont see what you guys are talking about, ive plugged my last 4 pills and rolled hard each time. I havent crushed any up. It only stung a little the first time, thought it always feels a bit weird.
I wholeheartedly advocate plugging.
