So now all of you who felt you weren't officially welcomed but just had some random mod say high have been officially welcomed :). That is some damn efficient progress haha!

Congratz on the position JoshE and having seen your devotion to the forum over the past few months it is extremely well deserved. I have to say there was some good competition and all those who applied and who considered applying keep your applications close at hand and keep the extra (err I mean usual ;)) good effort up as NMI may be looking for more staff sooner than you think. Keep it welcoming unique and interesting and you'll catch the eye of our staff before you know it.

But for now let's focus on what is truly important here and welcome our new mod in true NMI fashion.

JoshE- you have been such a dedicated member here in NMI. You are fun and light of spirit and you are a valued,treasure friend and fellow Mod. And now I am proud to work with you here in the forum where our serendipitous friendship came to be. You have done the work of a Mod here w/ o being an official Mod for this forum. you have helped us during a time of transition-with C.H. moving-my injuries and Swerlz Smoding up his other forums ;) - you have been here to help us when we needed it most and you did it for no other reason than it is who you are. I am facking so excited!!!!! PM me when you get this-I am sending you a PM as well so-get in touch fellow NMI mod and double mod stick wielder of WELCOMES!!!!!
