There is moderate facet spurring at the L2-L3 level.

At L3 L4 there is desiccation of the disc with diffuse bulge. There is moderate spurring of the facets causing posterior lateral impression on the thecal sac. The canal is 12mm. There is moderate narrowing of the foramina.

At L4-L5 there is desiccation of the disc with diffuse bulge of the annulus. There is moderate spurring of the facets with ligament hypertrophy and there is a trace amount of fluid in the facet joints. The canal is mildly narrowed to 10mm and there is moderate narrowing of the foramina and moderate narrowing of the foramina and mild narrowing of the lateral recesses.

And L5-S1 there is central posterior protrusion of the disc with elavated T2 signal compatible with a fissure of the annular fibers. This can cause focal back pain. There is moderate spurring of the facets. There is mild to moderate narrowing of the lateral recesses and mild to moderate foramina stenosis.

IMPRESSION: There is degenerative disc and facet disease of the lowest lumbar spine. There is mild to moderate foramina stenosis at the lowest 3 levels.

At L5-S1 there is a posterior protrusion of the disc with elevated T2 signal which may be due to fissuring of the annular fibers.

To answer the unasked question, yes, you can probably get a decent prescription behind that.

Your shit is fucked up. lol...

You have degenerative disc disease, arthritis.. most likely osteoarthritis... Disc tears.. annual tears..

Stenosis is the narrowing of the spinal column.. That's not all of it.. but you get the just..

Basically you go to pain management get tons of pills and will need surgery. Sorry.. my MRI read like this.. If you google the stuff it will come up... Spine Univerise is a great website... I am so sorry, but you will be in pain for the rest of your life, most likely need surgery and will need pain medication... If you want or need to talk feel free to PM me.

More medicine and how to approach it

I get about 10-12 hours of pain relief. I get oxycodone IR mg twice a day. I'm in constant pain and once it gets out of c ontrol I have to bite the bullet and go to the E.R. I hate hospitals. Anyway, my point is I am seeing a surgeon for the first time on the 9th. But I am even having trouble sleeping.
I am almost tempted to go to the E.R. and tell them that I can't take this anymore! Do you guys think I could get at least one pill extra a day until my surgery?? and after I heal and start physical therapy and whatever I need to do to get better, then they can decrease it back to 2 pills a day. Does that sound unreasonable to you guys? =(
If they send me home after giving me a shot then I'm tempted to just be like....
FINE OKAY!!!....Just put me in a fucking coma until I get this taken care of.
Believe me guys, I know that there are assholes out there abusing opiates, in fact it is an epidemic lately-especially here where I live. But BECAUSE of those selfish pricks ALOT of innocent ppl in pain are UNDERMEDICATED!!!

So do you think that is an unreasonable request to go from 2 pills a day to 3 or maybe even 4 a day? :(

Thanks guys for any suggestions,
