please some 1 help

so i took 19pills over the course of 3 days. BAD IDEA! its been 2 days since ive been clean and i feel dizzy alot i hear high pitched ringing in my ears frequintly and its hard to sleep and eat also when i do sleep its for about 1 hour very odd almost like hallucination dreams. is this a serious problem? should i contact a dr. or should i wait 5 days untill i no it can be out of my system i drink lots of water and i work in a warehouse and sweat alot alot is this serious and im getting what i guess are called brain zaps? i get them about once every day please help
 
You definitely need a long break. You probably have HPPD.

I don't think theres much you can do. I would take some 5HTP, Vitamins (B, Multi, C..), Lots of Antioxidants.

You could use some benzos if you have sleep issues or anxiety.
 
yeah sounds like brain zaps too me, im currently experiencing them also. taking vitamins and anti oxidents help the best along with water. i know its hard to sleep but you have to get some, thats when all the repairs are being made. sleeping pills work for me but i found it can enhance the zaps a little but once you get some sleep you feel much better. for me the 3rd and the 4th day after i rolled is normally the hardest days. but remember this is your brain telling you to SLOW THE FUCK DOWN!!
 
I'm sorry to hear that you're having a rough time. The good news is that your side effects will go away, the bad news is that it may take a little while.

If your job offers paid sick leave, I would recommend that you take several days off so you can relax and sleep as you can without having to deal with work stress or noise. The less physical and mental activity you have to do, the easier the recovery will be. Make sure you stay hydrated by frequently drinking small amounts of water or fruit juices. If it's hard to eat, try small frequent servings of things that go down easily such as hot soup or soft foods such as pasta in mild cheese or tomato sauces. A daily multi-vitamin is also a good idea. Stay close to home and do something that keeps your mind occupied but doesn't require a lot of thinking such as watching cartoons on television.

I normally don't recommend drugs to counteract the effect of drugs, but to help you get some deep sleep you may wish to use a sleep agent such as Imovane (zopiclone) or Ambien (zolpidem) to knock you into a deep sleep for 8 to 10 hours for at least a couple of nights. I'd recommend marijuana even less, but at least it can help calm things down so you can get some shut-eye.

I'm not going to advise you not to go to a doctor if you think you need it, but in these cases it's just generally taking care of your body and your mind and most of all just playing the waiting game. It sucks to go through the unpleasantness of using too much, but time is is the best healer.

I agree with vancbc. Try to put yourself in as much of a comforting and easy bubble as you can until you're feeling back to normal (which, to reemphasize, you will). I also agree that l-tryptophan is a better idea than 5-HTP. Long story short (and please correct me someone if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty positive on this) L-Tryptophan is what your body uses to create it's own serotonin, and large doses will be enough to penetrate your blood/brain barrier and get up in there to sort things out.

But rest, eating well, relaxing, and doing things you enjoy will probably be the best healers in the long-run. Let us know how you're doing periodically on here, I have a theory that people come on here when they are feeling their worst, post about how terrible they feel, and then don't come back when they're feeling better. This results in others getting down and even freakin out that they will never return to normal when they never see how the story ends.

So yeah, please come back when you're feeling right as rain and give everyone who reads this the happy ending it deserves.

You did waaaaaaaaaaay too much.

This will sound crazy but, it's my personal opinion that the maximum one should take is as such:

1-2 pills (100-200mg) no more often than once every 3 months. This is in order to minimize the MDMA-induced brain damage. Any more than that significantly increases the chances of experiencing negative long-lasting mental effects.

Compare that to 19 pills in 3 days.... wow. Sometimes less is more. Be careful man :(
 
As for recovery... DO NOT do any more MDMA for a long time. Supplement your diet. Vitamins, Anti-oxidents, 5-htp, Piracetam & a Choline supplement will help your brain recover. Definitely see a doctor and be truthful. Ask him about the supplements I mentioned and if he recommends them.

I cannot stress enough how stupid you have been..........thankfully you seem to realise this and your brain is ensuring the message is driven home long loud and clear.

With time you should be fine. Plenty of good sleep, exercise lots and eat good nutritious food and think positively.

And above all.............educate yourself and dont go overboard again.

Next time you might not be so lucky.
 
Get some rest, then (assuming you haven't already) get some exercise...that'll at least get your brain to release some endorphins. It should help you deal until your brain balances out, which it will over time. Just be patient.

I would also recommend taking a daily vitamin, and nowadays you can get vitamins that also come with Minerals and stuff with them. but really, the fix is time, and sadly for you, its gonna be a while. but you brought that on yourself with taking a retarded amount of pills.

from now on, I'd keep it to a maximum of like 3 pills in a night, and only roll at most once a month. but really like once every other month.
 
The problems sleeping after taking such a crazy dose are pretty normal also - quite a few people complain/report the strange dreams/am I awake/asleep feeling for a few days.

I personally would avoid all chemicals and just rest and eat well.

Was it worth it?
 
I experienced something similar. The whole week after felt terrible. Same symptoms as you describe. It was before I knew better. Before I educated myself. Take it easy, rest, drink water, get some sun and be patient. U should be fine. Next time, roll smart!
 
I would steer clear of any mood altering chemicals, but something like vitamins, this person def needs to be taking.

a while back, I don't remember if I saw it in a hightimes, heads, or saw it on the internet. but it was an ad for this stuff called "after E", it was a pill meant to be taken the next day, or when the roll was done, don't remember, but I think it was the next day. and what it was, was a pill that was supposed to replace the chemicals you used up, or it was stuff to make the day easier. I don't remember, there was also one called "after C", which was the same thing, except it replaced what cocaine used up.

I can only find one mention of "after e" on the internet, and its on urban dictionary. says "if your dutch, theres "after E" available at smart shops" so I guess its only available in norway. or wherever
 
-eat healthy

-drink plenty of water

-exercise rigorously 4-5 times a week, for the next few weeks

-go to your local vitamin/health shop and pick up:
a good multiple vitamin
vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium and zinc(antioxidants).
5-htp or l-triptophan(for your seratonin)
l- tyrosene(for dopamine)
and possibly some ginkgo biloba to help increase the bloodflow to your brain.

- stay away from partying, of any kind, for a while!


i hope you learned a valuable lesson from this and will give mdma the respect it deserves in the future.

wow thank you all for the posts and for the respects not putting me down on the stupidity of my actions. I had to leave for work so i could reply to you guys with my status but i could check them on my crappy phone browser. i took some heavy duty sleeping pills and some melatonin to help induce natural deep sleep. was recommended by my sisters who is a nurse but im feeling better today still dizzy if i stand up 2 fast or look in a direction swiftly. i have some numbness around my fingertips, toes, and cheeks/nose is this normal? and i guess the symptoms should be going away little by little everyday? also i have a question the mass amounts of mdma and what ever else was in those pills should be out of my system in a normal five day span? because i thought it would be like mass mass mass amounts would need at least 2-3 weeks to clear but the FAQ says like less than 1mg i believe is what it said stays in your system so im confused on that because this morning i had dilated eyes and felt like i was on a comedown so im very confused with all of this but again THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR OPTION POST AND HELP. every single on of you really made me feel a little better =) also just so every1's curiosity's put to rest i took those pills not being educated on how they work i only new what made them and how they where made i thought it was like weed or alcohol every time u take it/smoke it/snort it u get high i didn't realize how it actually works in the brain now sadly i learned the hard way im very very much done with mdma or at least until its been 6-7months and ill get some molly but pills can be to risky with people putting "dxm", "speacial k", actually found article pill was tested postie for substance close to draino 0.0 so yea unless im cooking them im not popping them again thank you all =))
 
one thing that will help with the diziness and numbness (and im surprised no one has mentioned this yet) - EAT! and eat healthy. stay away from processed foods, fortified foods (the vitamins they add back in often cant be processed by your body) and high fat foods. eat some salty foods (to raise your blood pressure) but dont overdo it. stick to naturally high vitamin/mineral/carbohydrate/protein foods. fruits and veggies are always good, granola, beans, rice, turkey (for the l-trytophan) and similar.
 
well right now im gettimg dizzy again and not nocious but ima go buy a five pannel d-test and see what comes up i wanna no what those pills where laced with. as well does any1 no tests for stuff like dxm and ketamine
 
^^well both DXM and ketamine might show up as PCP on ur standard piss test, and theres no guarantee theyd show up at all, ud have to send them to a lab to differentiate
