Is it possible to IV the veins under my tongue with a 22gauge needle?

Has anyone ever done this? If so, can you give me the correct steps on how to accomplish this?
 
lol i have never heard of anyone doing this and i would be very apprehensive to try it. Are you completely out of other veins?
 
Don't title your thread "please help quickly". We're not an emergency board.

Injecting under the tongue is stupid and a sign you're doing too many IV drugs.
