PLEASE READ I need a tip and fast solution

Hi there sorry this has to be my first post. I first joined here some years ago and had to create a new account cuz I lost old info. Anyways Cocaine user for about 30 years last 8 months been smoking meth. Getting bad chest pains including pain up and down both arms. Need to go into the ER soon. The chest pains and in arms happen almost every time I hit a bowl of meth. ??????? any way I have a sleep disorder and if my new doc sees heart problems I won’t get my meds and I sleep all day and can’t wake up if I don’t have them. I know it’s like fuck this is life or death. But shit if I survive, I gotta Have my meds. So I was thinking maybe go in and talk to someone and say listen I can’t these records go into the computer?? Don’t think that’s gonna work. Any ideas? Tips? Pretend I lost my dam memory and don’t know my name? They would probably call the police. It’s nice to be back here everyone, sorry for my ranting and ramblings but I need to go and don’t know how to keep my doctor from getting access to the records. Plus I’ll show positive for meth and cocaine. ????
 
Man, I would recommend being honest and once your heart problems have been treated I'm sure you can find a Dr to write for you.

Thing is, there's a good reason they might not want to write amphetamine scripts (presumably, or Methylphenidate?) for someone suffering acute heart problems (which I'm sure you're aware of) so I think the most sensible course of action is to cease all use of stimulants until they have assessed and treated whatever these heart issues you've been having are and then find a doctor to write and explain the severity of your symptoms and that you are no longer experiencing these issues and need your stims to function.

I mean, you could have a heart attack and die, or suffer permanent damage to your heart

Thank you so much for your reply. I was really freaking out when I hurriedly wrote that post. I’ve been smoking meth for the past two days and getting the pains each time ?? the drug that helps me from the doctor is Modafinil 200 , I take one each morning and I can wake up and function. Well it’s now Sunday morning I think I am going to go to emergency room today. I really need to know what shape my heart is in right now and any and all diagnoses they find. This is all really scary.
 
Not to be a cunt but stop the stimulants man, you dont wanna overdose and die from speed. That yould be incredible painful having your heart pretty much explode...
 
Im not sure your physician will be immediately aware of the event in the ER unless they feel a need to contact him (for which you'll need to provide that information).

There isn't a giant database that doctors log into (unless perhaps youre part of an HMO or something equivalent), so it's unlikely they will be aware that you went to the emergency room.

I agree go to emergency straight away. It could be serious! Or nothting.. but best to know and be on the safe side. Please be safe

I definitely think that you're having serious heart problems. There is a possibility that your heart rhythm is irregular and you are not getting appropriate blood flow to all parts of your heart. I feel you are heading for a heart attack in your near future.

15568I get similar symptoms as well. It seems that they have something to do with dopamine receptors in my body, namely, my pulmonary vein which constricts once dopamine levels start to drop, but antipsychotics appear to ameliorate said symptoms rather quickly. At least some use for them, eh?

if you're having chest pains, put the fucking substance down for a few days as it may seem impossible it is not, i don't think any substance is worth giving your life for
 
Chest pains are a very serious symptom. Cocaine is quite cardiotoxic and you said you have used it for 30 years. You're facing your mortality right now. I think it's inevitable that stimulants will kill you if you don't stop, and probably soon. A regular poster in the PD subforum was 25 and did meth a lot and had a heart attack and died, a couple of years ago.

You really do need to do everything in your power to quit doing stimulants. At this point it is life or death. I don't think you should freak out, but you need to take this very seriously and realize the reality of the situation. You need to get your heart checked out and do everything you can to help that situation.

It could also be caused by modafanil and the ice having a reaction with each other.if Ur smoking meth u don't need modafanil as well.i don't know for sure but maybe they interact in a problem causing way.but put the pipe down and go to the er. I'd usually recommend benzos and opiates but I think in your situation that's bad advice.

this. i had a close family friend complain to me of the same symptoms, a week and a half later he was dead on his kitchen table, chest pains aren't to be taken lightly with stimulants, and if you're getting wrist /arm pains aswell, thats a significant sign that the stimulants are drastically restricting blood flow because when you use them, your body directs blood wherever it's most needed at the time i.e the heart leaving your arms and limbs less important to it which could be why you're having pains, i've gotten wrist pain from smoking too much coke in too little a time frame, you should be weary of your use, and if it means a few days in bed, take the few days in bed.
 
As soon as you start gettting chest pain from Cocaine then maybe its time to stop!! and I mean pronto!!! I did coke for 15 years and ive gave myself left ventricular hypertrophy it just aint worth it dude!!!
 
Thanks all. Well that same night I woke up in hospital boyfriend said I was sitting on living room floor talking and not making sense he called ambulance, I woke up in ER. NO ONE said anything to me, I just got up and left. No doc or nurse talked to me that I recall, but when I awakened some one said “ your all set, you can leave”
I’m going to try and get some tests ran in the hospital soon
 
I had a heart-attack a few months back from using RCs (20g in 2 days), survived. But it has left me with a bad feeling everytime I reach 120 or more, eventhough before my heartattack I sometimes reached 150-60 or 180 while dancing without feeling a problem. Now I have balance problems due to nerve damage due to the OD, I can't dance anymore. 😥
