RCs please help with jwh or alternatives for damiana

Hi I've been trying to figure this out for a while. I hear jwh018 can cause cancer and Im looking for a good substitute. I have tried rcs4 and it was horrible and I tried decalin jwh and though better than rcs it was still not even close to jwh018. Now can,someone please tell me what I can do because I also help people around where I live.
