Please help me get my brother off stillpain...

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help me help my brother out...

He abused dormicums and still pain for about 3 years.

At his "height" he was taking about 30 10mg dormicums per night and also about 30 stillpains per day.
. It has completely destroyed his life... Thankfully he is still alive (yet his quality of life is not so good).

He suffers from debilitating headaches and the only way to take the headache away seems to be to take another stillpain....

He can't sleep due to the dormicums... But that's not the reason I'm here, it's these headaches that's making his life unbearable...

Any ideas how to taper off permanently? He is a lot better than he was a year ago... Down from 60 tablets a day to about 6...

Has he tried going to a detox/rehab facility run by medical professionals, or talked to his doctor that prescribes the medications?

I had never heard of dormicum, so I googled it and it turns out it's a benzo and that's not something anyone should try to detox off on their own from a high dose as people have died from this and had grand-mal seizures.

Stilpane is an opiate based painkiller and it's dangerous to combine both a benzo and opiate, and some people need medical help to detox from opiates.

Good luck I am going to move this to the dark side.
