Please help in identifying this ketamine powder

Ok, so I got some supposidly "ketamine hcl" powder from the far east. It is an off white crystalish powder that glints in the light. It looks exactly like ketamine, and I've done a lot of ketamine. It tastes kind of salty/acetoneish. It dissolves in water just fine but when you cook it back out it comes out sticky, not crystals or powder. It dissolves in isopropyl alcohol just fine and when you cook it, it cooks right back to the exact crystalish powder you started with. The problem is, is has no effect either IM'd (200mg) or insufflated. Any ideas what it could be? Could the chemist who made it have messed up the process and came out with something that looked exactly like ketamine and he thought it was ketamine? Could it be some sort of freebase? If you inhaled freebase ketamine, would it work like inhaling ketamine hcl?

you should NEVER, EVER consume anything unless you know what it is.

there's no way anyone here can know what random powder you have. If its not active at ketamine size doses, then its probably not ketamine. You were probably scammed, sorry.
