Please clarify for me....

I know that there is a FAQ about grapefruit juice and its supposed effects when taking with benzos and possibly with opiods. But I am still a little unsure if drinking a 16 oz glass of grapefruit juice about an hour before I consume some Oxy Contin will increase the effects. I know that I can just try it out myself, which I will tommorow, but could someone please tell me if this works with opiods as well. Thank you.
 
Oxycodone is metabolized by the cytochrome P450 enzyme system which is inhibited by grapefruit juice, so therefore you will get increased plasma concentrations of the drug... if this will affect you to any appreciable degree i dont know... :\
