Look, if you go over to a relationship forum like loveshack for example (google it), there you will find the stock-standard universal advice for solving your grief.

NC...No Contact...they have sticky's telling you all about how to keep up NC, what to do when you broken NC etc...if you had implemented NC when she dumped you (way to go), good chance she would have come back, and if not, you'd be long over her by now...
