Planting outdoor seeds now

well since the plants are starting to bud now (outdoor) they might only get a foot or two before flowering. i thought you had two females?

So did I and I havent seen any sign of flowering besides the balls of males, I'm gonna plant more but I topped both plants and at the time the 1 looked female but its hard to be sure because the size of the flowers

Sorry on a psp char limit, anyways these plants were dwarfed at the beginning but nutes seem to help, the leaves only have 3 sections which can be good as its harder to know what it is. My best plant was def male I pulled the leaves and tossed it would of been nice if it were female. Also the light cycle hasn't shortened yet really but I did want to plant more earlier and I should have

yea my biggest before was also a male. sucks it also pollenated my females. sucks even more!! but its almost september and the days will be shortening soon. best to save your seeds till next may/june to get a full plant and have a better harvest.

I have alot of seeds, so that's not a problem. I've been saving seeds from weed I've bought for awhile so I can try growing/

I'll just plant some more and hope they can get to a decent size before flowering.

I'd say that they'll haved enough time to grow to a DECENT size, I don't care if I get a quarter ounce off the plant, I just really want some weed for smoking until I can buy some. They days will probably start to shorten mid-Sept.

Wouldn't this be similar to starting a plant indoors from 12/12? It will be smaller and produce less bud but its better than nothing. I'm gonna try it anyways, worst thing that can happen is that they'll be small, they'll flower eventually.

I wish I had autoflowering seeds, I guess you could grow them outdoors all year long (if not for weather conditions, cold etc.)

^ Growing indoors is not an option? If it is I recommend that get some cheap cfl lights. Its pretty late to grow now dude I am pretty sure your plants wont make it man then you would of just wasted your time. You can start them outdoors then move it indoors but thats also not that good for a plant.

It is not, have nowhere to do it, don't have access to that much cash.

Personally I never discourage someone who wants to try a grow, its just a little more experience growing. Even if they don't make it the end :(

While I admit you would really be pushing it trying to start this late, as long as its not costing you much, I say go for it.

Yeah I mean I won't be able to try again until spring starts (isn't it possible to have a spring and summer crop?) Atleast in Cali you can, but I live in PA lol...

I might as well try it I planted them already seems like the area where I had them isn't getting that much sun anymore so I moved them back out, I'm just gonna move em when I'm away and they need concealed.
