Anybody from here or know about the dope scene? I'm staying nearby for work. Also what are the laws here regarding gear? In missouri paraphernalia is a misdemeanor. I've also heard that some states up here can cite ppl just for loitering in a drug area. Just trying to get some good facts about scoring up here b4 trying it. Parole makes street scoring very risky business!! Especially outta state.
