Hello all,
I know there are threads on this, and I have been looking through them all. I still have a few things I wanted to clarify though..
1. This will be my 3rd time rolling, and I have waited 3+ months between each roll. Will piracetam make much of a difference? most people I have read about take it after loss of magic or after having high tolerance, so I'm not sure if it will really intensify the roll much. Also, I see reports that this lengthens the rolling time by up to 2 hours for some. How/why does it increase rolling time, and is there any added risk to this?
2. I see there are different supplements that I should take piracetam with. Do I need to a take supplement with it? Is it recommended? Which one? How much of it? And is there a natural alternative? (like just eating a certain kind of food while taking piractam). I do not want these "headaches" that people talk about from taking piracetam, so whichever supplement that is best or some natural alternative would be good, also curious on how much of that to take (I have seen in other threads people have mentioned different supplements in addition to piracetam, but I am looking for the ones that are most necessary to take with piracetam.)
3. I have not had a bad comedown, but the second time my friends did experience mild depression, I was just tired for a few days. Will this help them?
4. I have never taken piracetam before, clearly. So, to preload, I should take it 2 days before at day 1 2400mg, then day 2 1200mg, then about 2-4 hours before I roll on day 3 with 800mg? This seems to be a normal dose from what I have read. Also, how much of a dose for post-loading?
5. There doesn't seem to be any "negative" side effects, but I do see some people reporting that it lowers empathy during the roll. How much of a risk do you think there is in having this negatively impacting my roll? Just looking for advice.
Again, sorry to be redundant with a piracetam thread, but I just have seen different things about it on different threads and websites, and am looking for advice from users of this supplement.
Thanks
