Piperazines' SAR?

I would imagine 1-phenyl-1-piperazinylcyclohexane, a piperazine based analogue of PCP, would be a strong dissociative / NMDA antagonist.

I don't think I would like to try it out first, though.

yeah, dats it. I'm tried to find some on the net but its no where to be found. I'm not sure how much of an opiate it is(i don't like opiates), but it's an NMDA antagonist for sure

I have some. A friends friend had to go to Korea when his dad was relocated and sent some to my friend, who passed it onto me.

It's an opiate but quite weak.

Possibly, but I doubt it would if it was unsubstituted.

Don't forget about Trazodone, Serzone, Geodon, Zyprexa, and Seroquel. There are even a few antibiotic piperazines.

Serzone (I think it was under the brand name nefazodone) isnt all that bad. I've ingested far less enjoyable substances...
