Hello all,

i'm suffering from dizzyness and very slight nausia on a 'come down' and would appreciate any positive advice on how to deal with my current situation. - I will never take MDMA again - that's a fact so please don't flame/attack me for doing what i did - i could really use some mature senseible advice on how to resolve my current circumstances.

What i took:

I snorted MDMA white crystals & took ~15 Pills over a 3 day stint at a festival, 5 days ago.

Impact

48 days after last 'use' i had nightmares, panic attacks, nausia, 'jolts' which prevented me from sleeping.

How i feel now:

5 days after i last 'used' i now left feeling dizzy alot and this sometimes makes me nauseous but i havent been sick.. yet.

What i've done about it:

Had ECG, blood sugars, and electrolytes tested at hospital - everything is fine. I'm drinking alot of water, eating healthy and sleeping ~7hrs a night. I've bought some 5HTP tablets 2 x 50mg a day. My doctor has also supplied Prochlorperazine (15mg a day) to help with the dizzyness.

i had a strong pill about a year ago which didnt give me anywhere near the after effects of what i currently have and after alot of googling i understad this may be due to my serotonin levels being at an all time low. - How long usually does this take to rectify itself?

Please be considerate before responding, i am very nervious and anxious about what i have done and i simply want advice on how long to expect this to last for.

Thank you all for reading.

From the collective experiences I have read on here, effects can really vary in terms of severity and longevity. You are doing all the right things and now you need to add one more: tackle your anxiety about what is happening. Aquaint yourself with mindfulness techniques as these can be really helpful for calming your thoughts and thus putting things in perspective. When the body is under stress it cannot heal. Do things to relieve stress and also to change your relationship with it (because there will always be some!).

P.S. I'm confused by your numbers. 48 days and 5 days? Does the 48 days refer to the time before this last time?
