Hi, are there any prescription medications like for ADHD, OCD, Depression that have similar positive mental effects that Oxycodone has? (like as an alternative to Concerta, Adderall, Zoloft, Risperdal, Tramadol etc)?

That's a pretty vague question.

What do you mean by "positive mental effects"? Euphoria?

I would recommend kratom as an alternative to oxycodone. It's not a prescription, though. It's a plant, legal in most states.
