Picking Mushrooms?

My friend's parents just bought a farm with all kinds of animals including cows. I was wondering if all shrooms that grow on cow shit are ok to eat. I would not normally pick shrooms but I think that if they are on cow shit they are ok. Can anyone help cause if the answer is yes I'm off to the farm.

This is one subject i would be VERY careful with! You mess up, you can easily die - simple as that.
I hear that it is a long painful death as well - Liver failure is a bitch. Do you know of anyone around who has any background in Mycology? See if you can't get one of those earthy-crunchy type Mycologist to go for a walk in the field with you to "Point out" the different species. Good luck!
