Wondering what peoples' experience on here has been with Picamilon. I have anxiety issues sometimes, and occasionally so bad I've considered running out and finding someone with a handful of lorazepam or some other benzo. More recently, I've been reading myself back into nootropics, something I'd previously looked into but eventually decided against for the cost vs. benefit. Anyway, a few days ago I saw Picamilon for some people can be like a benzo with much less mind cloudiness/drowsiness. This is good for what I need it for, I can't have something making me fall on my ass tired when I need to be doing something. I also liked that it's a fast and relatively short acting thing, I don't have anxiety for days, so why take a medicine that lasts days? And there's no commitment once I start it, I can take one dose or as many as I need to.

So have any of you used Picamilon? I figure I'll probably get a more accurate idea of what I could possibly expect compared to reading reviews on amazon which could be paid shills or someone who happened to have a bad reaction and was trying to make it seem like the plague.

I did a trial run with picamillon. It's another "GABA crossing the BBB" supplement like phenibut. People tend to compare the two for this reason, but they are very different.

Picamillon produces a very clean stimulation, and is actually quite effective in a functional way. This makes it enjoyable, however it does not offer a physical "high" or body sensation like phenibut. I actually highly recommend it. It is probably on par with other OTC mood "supplements" like rhodiola, SAMe, or St. John's Wort. but it is much cleaner than those, and ultimately a better choice.

Did it give you that kind of feeling of not giving 2 shits that benzos do? Assuming you've used benzos. I've only had versed, and fuck it was great. I know I can't get an effect that strong from picamilon, but even just a slight anxiolytic and not giving a shit feeling would be great.

I have done a few benzos. And no, picamillon is not similar. It doesn't really approach the territory of a Klonopin's or Valium's brand of euphoria, in which you have a mental and emotional relief that is in association with a body sensation.

Phenibut does give you a body high and the happy apathy that you desire. It is a slippery slope though.

That's why I specifically mentioned the one effect from benzos, that is the anxiolytic effect that can help you stop worrying about something.

Yeah, picamillon does not free you of worry like an opiate or a benzo would do. All the drugs that perform this function that I have tried always come with problems like sedation, loss of coordination, addiction, the risk of being perceived to be "on drugs" in public. Most of them are controlled. Phenibut is available as an OTC, but I personally can't recommend it for the reasons above.
