Picamilon expiration question

I have some Picamilon that supposedly expired 15 months ago.
I called the company to see if it was still good, but they were not helpful in answering the question.
I realize that it may have lost potency, but is that the worst that can happen to it at this point, or could it cause harm if used this
long after the "expiration" ?

Most drugs are fine past their expiration date, the common exception being liquid and gel formulations. If the pills have been kept dry and and away from heat, they're almost certainly fine.

Idk if it was picamilion or sulbutramine but one of them or maybe a mixture of them both gave me the worst headache I've ever had in my life

- I guess it's very personal as I take cyclically both Sulbutiamine and Picamilon both simultaneously and never experienced a headache from them. 50-250mg of Sulbutiamine and 50-150mg of Picamilon, also mixed with 50-150mg of L-theanine in one capsule.
