Misc Picamilon - any detailed accounts or info?

I have recently tried Picamilon, 200mg. I suffer from migraines and anxiety. I sometimes use a benzo to calm down if needed. I also used MDMA 3 or 4 times a year along with MXE and smoke weed 3x a week.

What are the effects of Picamilon? What are the interactions of it (eg. MDMA)? Is it something that you take daily or something as needed?

I just want to be safe as I really can't find much info on it. I have had positive effects with it, very sublte effects but indeed there were some effects. My effects included a "calm alertness." No anxiety but could focus on the task at hand or simply be content on what needs to be done; instead of me feeling normally a bit anxious during some activities. No migraine - which is really great for me.

Anyway, anyone have any input or more info for me on this?

Increases brain-blood flow as well. So it should increase brain function while also chilling you out, almost like a weak benzo. Doesn't sound to shabby
 
Sorry, no clinical studies that I've found, it seems exclusive to Russia. Going by anecdotes is probably your best bet.
 
Well as stated by the source I posted, picamilon is the chemical bonding of niacin and GABA in its natural form. Apparently it's been proven that these 2 substances help each other cross the blood brain barrier, ergo making the GABA's effects more prominent while also increasing blood flow to the brain and slightly increasing alertness and mental faculties. Basically like a really chill, less-euphoric speedball I guess. I've never had it but from what I read it sounds pretty nice
 
i'd be curious to hear more about this compound as well... a vendor sent me 4x 200mg caps of picamilon as a free sample when i ordered some other stuff but i've been holding off on experimenting with them because i'm thinking it'll be just like phenibut (which just makes me feel weird). it sounds to me more a nootropic rather than an anxiolytic or anything like that.
 
Would this compound conflict with any medications that affect GABA like benzos, gabapentin, or muscle relaxants like Flexeril?
 
^ i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that it probably potentiates benzos.
picamilon is an interesting compound and i might try it if i find it for a reasonable price somewhere.
