Physical pain in Lucid dreaming?

Last night in my sleep, a tiger ripped a jhole in my upper arm, and I filled it with cigarettes. The doctor said, s'ombebody get tis kid some medication he's done for" yeah I have fucked up dreams. I woke up anxious as hell before I realized my arm was in fact intact!

I've had many lucid dreams where I can feel pain, remember one where I ran my hand down a holly bush and got a load of little cuts on my arm. Hurt like fuck.

I find it amazing that the human brain can create such realistic sensations
