hi,
i heared Phosphatidylserine is good to regenerate the hippocampus.
also i heared, that mdma can damage the hippocampus.
so maybe this would work for harm reduction ?

my english isn´t the best and i could find any studies about this topic, but what do you think ?

It might help, but it probably will not selectively repair the damage caused by MDMA caused, and I bet that it will not be powerful enough completely reverse MDMA-induced damage. Your best bet is to prevent MDMA-induced damage in the first place by loading up on antioxidants like alpha lipoic acid, extended release vitamin C, CoQ10, etc. If damage has already occurred, then I think your ally is time. The brain's pretty good at bouncing back.
That's not to say don't bother using phosphatidylserine, I do like it and think it's a good supplement.

My brain recovered okay after lots of strong MDMA use as a kid after a few years. I think the best thing to do is just not to do MDMA.

Young brains are more resistant to amph/MDMA neurotoxicity if rat studies mean anything. They may be uniquely vulnerable to certain amph/MDMA induced cognitive deficits though.
