Cocaine Phenyltropanes ?

I was just thinking about something. What are the effects of Phenyltropanes ? Can they be more euphoric than Cocaine itself ?

I already know they have Phenyltropane analogues that last longer, but are much weaker than Cocaine. But would it be feasible to design a Phenyltropane that's more euphoric than Cocaine ?
