Phenobarb as an anxiolytic

Sup guys, lately i've been using clonazepam for my anxiety, and I really enjoy its long half-life, which provides me around 6+hs anxiety-free.

Now, I dont have access to any benzos other than alprazolam and clonazepam, but I do have access to phenobarbital, which I know has a longass half-life, so i'd like to give it a try.

I know barbs are dangerous.
What phenobarb dose would equal 1,5-2mg of clonazepam? Anything else I should know?

Phenobarbital is "okay" as an anxiolytic, but it's about as fun as a bag of bricks. If you have to take urine tests for any reason, you will test positive for barbiturates for 3-4 weeks plus after taking phenobarbital. An effective dose would be 30-60mg not to be taken more than 3 times a day at your tolerance. Phenobarbital isn't a super dangerous barbiturate like Seconal, Nembutal, or Amytal, but it might knock you the fuck out. Having such a long half-life, I wouldn't try to redose for at least 6 hours when finding out a proper dose, but it's anxiolytic effects are going to be minimal unless you're taking it on a regular basis (3x/day), but trust me, you don't want to develop a barbiturate dependence (I've detoxed from potent opioids and benzodiazepines (barbiturate dependence is going to be similar to benzo dependence, but worse), and I'd rather shit and puke all day for a week or two than go through Xanax withdrawals.
