Hello everyone.
I'm currently on day three of Phenibut withdrawal. On my last day of taking it I consumed approx. 10g spread out in doses throughout the day with lots of black coffee, same again the day before but maybe 'only' about 6g. The five days before that it would be 3g every night before bed. Before that I was actually reasonably sensible and only took the 3g bedtime dosage for three days before having a four day break. In total I think it might have been about three weeks I've been taking Phenibut, but like I said it's only been that last week where I took it daily. I know, I am a douche for abusing it like this. Something else I should mention is that I am currently on day 8 of alcohol withdrawal as well, which I'm doing fine with. At one point I was drinking 8 cans of Kronenbourg (4 litres) a night for a few weeks with maybe one or two days off each week. The last day of major drinking I had was on Tuesday 28th May where I had 16 cans of Kronenbourg over the course of that day and some into Wednesday. I've not had any alcohol since then.
I'm currently dealing well enough with the Phenibut withdrawal (the anxiety is a killer though), but the major issue I'm stressing about is, believe it or not, the inside of my nose. By the end of the first day of withdrawal the inside of my nose started feeling quite itchy and dry and 'fuller' than normal, quite irritating but I didn't think too much of it at the time. I know I pick my nose far too much but I've not had a problem like this before and I do a twice daily saline rinse as well. Fast forward to today and although I *think* the itchiness has subsided, that 'full' feeling is still there and it's really, really distracting. I have OCD so that probably doesn't help.
My question is thus: Is there any known connection between Phenibut withdrawal and it affecting how the inside of the nose feels, or is this all just likely a coincidence and the combination of withdrawal anxiety and OCD is making me imagine things when really that's actually how my nose normally feels? Should I just wait it out for now and see how I feel when the Phenibut withdrawal subsides?
Yes, I know I'm a complete fucking headcase and I may well be flamed for this but I just don't have anyone to talk to. I am willing to see my GP if necessary however, he knows about the alcohol.
Many thanks.

. It doesn't help that I work in a garden centre plant area most days of the week and a plant nursery one day a week, where my hands handle a LOT of compost. I then wipe my hands on my trousers and pick my freaking nose like an idiot
. I've gotten away with it up til now but I think I chanced it too much and the inside of my nose got inflamed, which just had to coincide with day one of phenibut withdrawal
