Misc phenibut withdrawal. oh dear i seem to have gotten myself into another mess

ive been using phenibut to combat my benzo withdrawal. it helps a lot. anyway ive also recently been addicted to suboxone and quit that about a month ago. i did methadone 4 days ago and it didnt do much, and phenibut ive been doing like 3 times a week but last time i did it was wednesday thursday and saturday. now i feel so fucking terrible right5 now that i cant tell if im in methadone rebound, phenibut withdrawal, or both.

my symptomns are severe anxiety, diarrhea, gas, sweaty hands, achiness, no appetite, insomnia, and an overall feeling of shit. my questions are, if this is the phenibut withdrawal how long will it last? and if it is rebound from taking the methadone one time too soon after the suboxne addiction how long will that last? and if it is both how long do I have to live? thanks :D

Sorry I can't answer your question, but as a side note I've always found the high of phenibut very similar to the high of methadone. Interesting...

You shouldn't be getting any WD's if you take the Methadone AFTER you take the Suboxone. How long have you been off the Suboxone? When was your last use? You can take Suboxone and immediately take an opiate (you shouldn't do this, but you can) without any WD. Were you taking a lot of Suboxone?

My guess is that it is probably from the phenibut.

You're description sounds more like the symptons I got from sub withdrawal. And sounds more like an opiate issue over a phenibut one. Thats seems odd that you would be having those issues that late into use. How much done did you use? Phenibut?
