Little bit of history. In march i used phenibut 3 days on 3 days off to great effect with little issue of tolerance or dependance. I ran out in early april and had no further issues. In early may i had some severe neck stiffness and the doc prescribed diazepam 5 mg. I used this every night for 20 days. I came off and i was suprised to find some rebound anxiety and a little shakiness. So i went back on phenibut after ordering some more. This time i used it around 4-5 days at a time just at night... and then took a couple days off... this went on for 2-3 weeks. I realised that i should probably take a good break to ensure i don't have any dependance issues. However when coming off i found in day 2 i started to feel real shaky and struggled to sleep. Day 3 i felt extreme nausea and problems eating. Again terrible sleep. It is now day 4 and i feel nausea, spaced out and emotionally dull, jittery and very very off. Could these indeed be withdrawals? why would they produce nausea? I can't identify whether im just sick which would be bizzare because this feels vastly different to any time i've gotten a bug... or whether i've messed up my gaba system.

You are likely in withdrawal. I'm not sure of the general length or severity when it comes to phenibut but if it is bad you could taper off as opposed to quitting cold turkey. You obviously need to be more careful with seizures and such when it comes to gabageric drugs but if you are over the worst of it starting a taper now could be counter productive.

Phenibut has a very long half-life, so it will take a few days before your body and mind are free from the WD.

Thanks for the replies. Ive done 6 days and the effects are still quite bad. Im assuming the first 2 days off it might have still been lingering in my system. I have this feeling in my body. A buzzing feeling. I have trouble reading because i cant focus. When i take ritalin the effects are FAR more pronounced. I never fucked with gaba related drugs until recently. Wish i never did. Such a sensitive balance when it comes to this shit. Absolutely not worth it unless you can use them on a very ocassional basis.
