Phenibut Test run one day 500 mg followed up by the next day a 500 mg dose

I don't really mind the phenibut taste, it seems sour, bitter, sweet and umami combined or something...

I have had the withdrawals when I took it for a few months which lasted a few days but nowhere near as bad as benzo's. Still I agree with the cycling, if you take it every day take a while off after 2-3 weeks or better yet only use it 4 days a week tops. It must matter how much you take, I hear some people taking much higher doses than I ever took.

I agree with you cycling on Phenibut. Your supply lasts longer buzzes are better and less addictive potential.

Personally, I love phenibut and find its affects to be similar to a 1st plateau DXM trip in many many ways... But I will warn you to not abuse this high as it is very addicting a withdrawals are crucial. I would HIGHLY advise 3x a week or even 2x a week until you find that sweet spot, just a fair warning
Alcohol and phenibut makes one helluva combo! :) Confidence through the roof, makes me get along with others great and talk about anything! but the day after is shit so there's that haha multivitamin plus h20 forsure!!

I agree Phenibut and Alcohol is fun. But you get so much drunker and sometimes you can't assess how much you should drink. Like If you take Phenibut with Alcohol its best to stick to beer then.

One more Thing I wanted to say I combined Kava Kava 30 Percent kavalactones with Phenibut and wow its very nice, very nice a stronger body high you feel heavy.
But mentally everything is blocked. Euphoric and Sociable too.

Let's not forget folks that the russion pharmaceutical version is 250mg. per cap/tab, I don't think it was put in that dosage for some unknown reason. As someone said(forgot the name) what separates a medicine from a poison is the only the dosage of said substance...

I've tried phenibut in the past but I've generally avoided it for the past few years after a very strange night when I'd mixed it with alcohol and phenylalanine. Basic upshot was after a good deal of drinking I found a strong degree of uncharactaristic behaviour, loss of inhibitions - much more than normal with alcohol - and strong loss of impulse control. Ended up headbutting a friend & workmate, very unusually bold behaviour with women and drunk driving home (with no incident, but that doesn't excuse it).
Don't know to what extent it was the combination with alcohol & phenylalanine but I've not taken much phenibut, or phenalalnine since, alone or together.

Without the added alcohol I got some transient aggressive-like feelings(like with alcohol) with the phen but this no doubt has more to do with one's personality make-up as well set and setting I would think. I didn't act on them of course though, maybe more of a "h*** with you" type of a feeling.

hi mate im very interested on your posts about kanna just wondering how you think a combo of kanna and phenibut would be?

I love phenibut, it's one of my favorite substances. My timeline of effects is much different from yours. For me, it takes 2-3 hours to feel anything other than mild relaxation. Then it kicks in and if I take the right dose (not too little, not too much - it can be hard to dose right. For me the right dose is 1.5 grams or a bit more), it produces a feeling of sublime natural euphoria. It basically just feels like I'm having the greatest day. I feel super social, positive, and a bit manic even, which increases as you approach Too Much. It lasts ALL day, if I take it in the morning. It also greatly enhances my sense of inspiration which particularly translates into playing music - it's much easier to jam and be free and creative.

Watch out, it's physically addictive, though it seems to take some time to get there. I didn't realize it was and I took it daily for a year, and had a really anxious and sketchy week when I stopped. If you take too much it's not euphoric and can even be dysphoric, and it produces a weird soreness in the limbs and joints, and a sometimes uncontrollable urge to sleep, and a very foggy head. The right dose doesn't fog me up at all, it makes me feel like I'm operating at optimal capacity in all areas. Great for sex too.

Benzos like Xanax ARE more dangerous to be physically addictive just in the sense that you can actually die from the withdrawal, and the withdrawal lingers on much longer too. But the most important part of addiction is mental, and opiates are the king of mental addiction for most people. They're the only drugs I've ever been really addicted to.

The addiction, once you are addicted, is more dangerous than opiate addiction. But the large majority of people who take benzodiazepines take them "responsibly" and never become addicted.

I'm not sure what percentage of people who use benzodiazepines eventually become addicted but I'd suspect it's far less than other drugs like nicotine or heroin, which stand at 33% and 25% respectively, IIRC.
