Harm Reduction Phenibut + Propanolol for Public Speaking?

My grandfather recently passed and I've been given the opportunity to provide a eulogy. Public speaking has never been my strong suit and I'm worried about stage fright. I plan on taking 1000mg of Phenibut to help with the anxiety and I'll probably be able to get a Propanolol for the stage-fright symptoms. Should I be worried about any interactions? I'm also prescribed 4mg Buprenorphine a day and 900mg Gabapentin per day. By the time that I give the eulogy I'll probably only have taken 2mg of Buprenorphine and 300mg of Gabapentin. Should that be an okay combo or is it going overboard? I don't wanna pass out from low blood pressure or anything during the service. That'd really put a damper on things

How often do you take phenibut? 1000 MG on its own tends to be a nice mild dose for most people without getting that "crunk" feeling that too much of the stuff can give you, but some people feel it a lot more than others, so as long as you're aware of the dosage and how it affects your body beforehand, it should be fine.

Adding the other substances is another story, but again, I can't say I haven't done the same. You're already tolerant to suboxone and gabapentin so I don't imagine those will have a huge effect, but I've never taken beta blockers while on phenibut. Typically I would use phenibut in combination with a substance like a stimulant to help attenuate some of the more unpleasant side effects, but I have drank and taken opioids on phenibut (and benzos), and I've found the more downers I pile on the more fucked up I appear to other people. Just tread lightly, but it's a funeral so I don't imagine people will be too judgmental if you appear a little out of it (ppl get drunk before giving eulogies frequently, not saying it's good or bad, just saying it's a thing).

Thank you for the response. I try not to take phenibut too much. Lately I've been taking it once or twice a week, usually in sub-gram doses. Like 400-800mg. So I'm not directly tolerant to it but may have some cross tolerance to it's effect on Voltage-Gated Calcium Channels due to the gabapentin. I have had tons of Pheibut experience in the past and have had a couple periods of physical dependency. Anything under 1000mg tends to be very subtle for me. 1.5 grams is when it becomes more obvious (people commenting on my good mood, that I seem "bubbly". Some slightly manic effects, me cracking a lot of jokes). 2 grams or so is when it becomes more obvious internally that I'm on something. Obvious mood-lift of sociability. I think that 1000mg is an appropriate dose for the occasion as it'll help vanquish most of my anxiety without me appearing to be on something. The propranolol that I have is 20mg. I most likely wont take the whole thing. Will probably take a quarter to one half of it. I probably wont pre-load it. Will keep it in my pocket and take it if I start becoming nervous. I don't know about propanolol but clonidine kicks in within minutes if I chew it up. The eulogy is towards the end so I should be able to subtly pop and chew a quarter of the pill before going up if I start to feel overwhelmed. I am already tolerant to suboxone and gabapentin so I dont expect those to really have much of an additive effect. I guess my main concern is appearing sloppy, appearing like I'm on something, or being overly drowsy due to the propranolol
