Misc Phenibut / Lyrica equivalent dose

Hello,

I'm currently on a dosing regime of 5g Phenibut/day. I have been on that regime for over half a year. I'm planning to start a taper, but before tapering down I want to switch over to Lyrica because of better availability. However, I can't find any information about what an equivalent Lyrica dose would be. Thanks for your help.
 
I really don't know but have wondered the same thing! I know that Pregabalin-Gabapentin is a 4-6x relationship. From my own experience I would guess Lyrica to be about 2-4x as strong as Phenibut...
 
They're very different, so I would reccomend adjusting your own dose. For example, I find gabapentin's effects to be underwhelming unless I'm taking like 1g +, but anything over 100mg of lyrica knocks me out.

Good luck though... 5g/day phenibut habit might be a tough one to kick. Taper slowly if you need to
