Hello all; I've recently kicked a nasty opiate habit and am dealing with some not-so-fun paws that mostly consists of chronic anxiety, insomnia, and a general lack of motivation. Since I'm trying to finish up an engineering degree this semester, this will not do. I meditate almost every day and exercise regularly. This helps alot but I'm still in a shitty place. I have at my disposal a trustworthy local supplier of phenibut and etizolam, both of which are unscheduled in my country (I'd like to stay out of legitimate legal troubles haha). I've done a bit of research on these chems but there seems to be some disagreement in the drug using community over them due to their exotic nature (compared to more conventional drugs).
My question is: how often can I partake in these substances without developing a physical dependency? I am under the impression that etizolam primarily acts on the gaba-a receptors while phenibut acts only on the gaba-b receptors. I do not plan on using these substances simultaneously (though I might try it once w/low doses for experimental purposes), nor do I plan on taking huge doses to get fucked up. I simply want a cycle that can work to add some anxiety and insomnia relief in the short term. Anyhow, since etizolam and phenibut technically work on different receptors, could I get away with using each 1-2 times a week for a period of a few months without developing a dependency? Or would this just lead me further down the road to addiction. The last thing I want are hellish benzo w/d's. I might add I smoke weed regularly and have pretty good self control when it comes to more "hard" substances. I have used benzos in the past but am not very well educated on them (and, yes, I know these two are not technically benzos but they are very similar). Any input is appreciated especially from peeps with extensive experience with them.
And please let me know if this has already been covered or belongs in a different forum I'm kinda new here
