Harm Reduction phenibut and stomach pain

Well after a few days of experimenting with phenibut dosages my stomach now hurts like hell all day.

had no idea it was so acidic as captnkratom informed me on here.

I believe it's really upset my gerd and ulcers. The fact that I drank on the first night trying and taking script nsaids didn't help.


Today I tried phenibut with pepcid. I think if I didn't take pepcid I woulda have been actually much more uncomfortable from the pain and it was already bad. Felt like puking for a few hours after dose lol.

just took pepto and feel a lot better but obviously worried. Don't think it was this bad fbefore.

I would say with ulcers and GERD that you should stop taking it. But yes something like pepto, gaviscon or even omerprazole will help you. Especially the latter. Also drink a LOT of water. phenibut is very dehydrating.

What a waste. I think im going to save the rest for really once in a while use. Maybe if im desperate for anything to help me sleep or when im feeling really anxious.


this kind of feeling happened in my stomach when I was doing a lot of coke. After every heavy use it would feel like shit for a week or two. The drip would destroy my stomach...yuck. that's probably what really fucked up my stomach on top of really bad diet for a few years.
