I thought that I had overdosed on phenibut because I've been feeling very strange all day and taking GHB greatly amplified the symptoms. I ignored the suggestions of other forum members to check myself into the ER and decided to tough it out (yeah I know I'm putting my life at risk). Its been at least 5 hours since my last dose of phenibut and my symptoms don't seem to be anywhere near life threatening. Right now my pulse is 80 beats/min and my blood pressure is 113/79. The normal resting pulse is around 100 beats/min and bp is usually 120/80 so my heart seems to be working normally. I don't know what the hells wrong with me though, I took some phenibut right after taking 45mg of dexedrine but when the phenibut kicked in, I felt like I was going to die. I have been feeling like this all day and taking more GHB or phenibut seems to make things worse. In fact, the symptoms got so bad after I took some GHB that I think I'm lucky I didn't die. Maybe I overdid it, I took phenibut to sleep last night (well it was the night before last, I've been up for 2 days) so there was probably still plenty of it in my system since it has such a long half life. Is severe akithesia a normal symptom of a phenibut overdose? I have overdosed on GHB in the past and I got the same feeling like I was about to die symptoms but I don't remember having akithesia and from what I remember, I was very nauseous. I'm not nauseous at all right now.
