RCs phenezepam tolerance question

hi i was looking into getting some phenezepam (the russian made benzo) and I was wondering if anyone knew what would be a good starting dose for me?
I have a 34mg xanax tolerance (I know, I know.)
and so i was wondering if there would be a cross tolerance or if i should just start at .5 mgs like other people do? maybe 3 mgs? more? less? i do want to be on the side of caution since this stuff lasts so long but also dont want to end up in the terribly common situation of "hey this stuff didnt work, im gonna take more. oh fuck i blacked out for a week."
