Phendimetrazine 105mg

My dr prescribed me phendimetrazine sulphate 105 mg once a day for weight loss. I started yesterday and it does absolutely nothing. I'm still sleepy and hungry lol.
My question is, is it safe to take another one? If I get some adderall would it be safe to take them together?
My biggest concern is weight loss however I wouldn't be opposed to having a little fun with them also.

Phendimetrazine wasn't very effective for me either but I would hesitate to combine with Adderall. You might find the mix too speedy. If you do decide to use them together, take a small dose so you know how it will affect you.
