Phenazepam Solubility

So I bought 500mg of phenazepam for dirt cheap, and also bought 500ml of Propylene Glycol, mixed the two, shook it up, let it settle, but I can still see bits of powder at the bottom of the bottle. I was under the impression that it dissolved perfectly in PG but maybe not.

Should I shake it more and more and hope it dissolves? Or is it more likely to be impurities that don't dissolve that are sitting at the bottom?

the powder at the bottom is probably all the impurities that are insoluble in alcohol, which is a good thing! phenaz is has a high solubility rate in propylene glycol
