Benzos Phenazepam re-dosing

So I know phenazepam has like a crazy 60 hour half-life but how long do you have to wait in between doses to be safe? safe as in all sedating and other effects of the first dose have worn off and I can take another without still being under the influene. Anyone have any advice?
 
The problem with benzos is you feel like you're sober when you're not and still under the influence of them. So, you redose thinking you need more when you actually don't, at least that's my experience. Granted, I don't have any experience with phenazepam....but that has happened to me many times with lorazepam and diazepam.

My advice is to be extra careful when re-dosing. Phenazepam can certainly be used safely and responsibly but the extra long half-life makes doing so that much harder.
 
60hr half life, WARNING, THIS SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT & WITH 0.000 ACURACY SCALE. NEARLY KILLED ME FROM REDOSEING, 15ML 1MG per ml over 3 day's.
 
I would not recommend dosing any more than 1 time of day.

Phenazepam IMO is only good for when you are in dope withdrawals, weening off of benzos, possibly sleep.

It is the least recreational benzo IMO because of it;s long half-life. It's like the methadone of benzos.
