Pharms in the Midwest

Not asking for sources by any means, but I was just wondering what people in different Midwestern states see regularly in terms of the selection of pharms. I'm in Chicago and I've noticed that the selection of pharmaceuticals is pretty limited, mostly hydrocodone, xanax and the occasional muscle relaxer. Yet I've only seen oxycodone circulating once in my days, and that was a fluke. While I'm no expert, I'm very curious about how this varies from city to city in the Midwest.

So, what's most prominent where you live? Big selection or very limited? Anything you've never come across?

I'm not from the midwest, but I'm actually quite interested in this topic myself. I believe it may have been covered before, but not that I specifically remember.

I'm up in New England and I've never come across Dilaudid/hydromorphone (besides when they gave it to me IV in the hospital which was fucking awesome). I'm surprised you haven't really seen oxy around in Chicago. Oxy was huge around here before they fucked up the 80s with that OP formula and it still kind of is around with the 30s, I assumed it was everywhere. Opana/oxymorphone got really big after the 80s went bust, but now Endo fucked those up worse than Perdue did with the OCs so I'm sure it's going to disappear real quick. Also there are lots of benzos around mainly Xanax/alprazolam, Ativan/lorazepam, Kolonopin/clonazepam, and Valium/diazepam (availability pretty much in that order too from my experiences), I haven't really seen any of the weird ones. Really there's a lot of pharmaceuticals around you just have to find it (with the exception of ones that are just hard to find everywhere like barbs and shit).



PS: this thread actually seems like a legit topic, when someone starts a thread with "I'm not sourcing or anything" it usually means they are and kind of raises suspicion. Idk why you even felt the need to start off that way, doesn't really come across sourcey. Js

I could NEVER find pills in the midwest! I lived about an hour from Chicago and was getting all kinds of dope, but hardly EVER any pills, unless you knew someones grandma who had some or something. A few times I scored some vics (5mg), which were the strongest I could ever get. But then I ran into "someones grandma" so to speak and she hooked me up with some Fentanyl patches, which I smoked the shit out of. When I lived in Florida the pills were everywhere. Anything you wanted. That's where I picked up my habit, first just eating them, then snorting, then when I got dopesick I eventually had to shoot them. Went back and forth from Fla to Ill a few times, and always had to switch from pills to dope, and vice versa. Prefer pills though, even though they're way more expensive, at least you knew exactly what you were getting. And @ Reckelss: I agree about the Dilaudid. Best. High. Ever. It's the first thing I ever shot. Love it. Miss it.

I'm in central Ohio and despite the crackdowns on pill mills, scrutinizing pain doctors, and reformulations of OC and Opana there is still a decent amount of pharms available here. Unfortunately, we don't have them for dirt cheap and available all the time like we used to.

Things I come across rather easily: Dilaudid 4mg & 8mg, Oxycodone 30mg & 15mg, Generic Percocet formulations 5/7.5/10mg, Generic Vicodin formulations 5/7.5/10mg, Suboxone/Subutex 8mg, Morphine IR 30mg & 60mg, and Tramadol. Benzos are everywhere: klonopin, valium, xanax, and ativan in that order of availability. Adderall IR & XR anywhere between 10/20/30mg is very easy to find and about the only pharm that is still really cheap here.

Things that I barely ever see: Opana ER 30mg & 40mg (this used to be VERY easy to find but because of the reformulation, has disappeared as of a couple weeks ago), Opana IR 5mg & 10mg, Fentanyl Patches 50mcg, 75mcg & 100mcg, Oxycontin OP 40mg & 80mg (OC's were THE big thing here until the reformulation), Methadone 40mg-80mg of liquid (Used to get 10mg tablets all the time but must have stopped prescribing because I haven't seen/heard of any around in over 2 years), and various other Morphine Sulfate formulations (e.g. Kadians, MSContin). Various stimulants like Methylphenidate (e.g. Ritalin/Concerta), Dexamphetamine (e.g. Dexedrine and Vyvanse), and Desoxyn. Every now and then someone has Fioricet (Butalbital & Codeine), Tylenol3's, or some Codeine syrup. Flexeril is out there occasionally as well.

Back when the Florida pain clinics were buzzing, a lot of people here would drive down and come back with a big haul of pharms to use/sell. Not to mention that the SE Ohio/E Kentucky/WV scene was already popping because manual labor has always been a big industry and there have always been generous doctors in these parts who would write scrips for the good stuff. With everything that has happened over the last 2-3 years, pharms just keep getting harder to get ahold of because price has gone up and availability has gone down. There are still some pill mills down in the hills but other than that, most people have switched over to doing dope or gone on subs. Or both, hehe.

Oxycodone is still my favorite, even if it is frightfully expensive now

i havent looked for any type of phrams sice i made the switch to dope 2-3years ago and the the reason i msde the switch wasnt bc the price of pills was goin threw the roof althought prices were starting to go up when i stopped they were still somewhat decent..the reason was cause my tolerance was goin threw the roof and bc of that the pills were gettingt expensive

back then i had and still have an unlimited supply of yellow xanax bars and norcosfrom one source..also from this old dude (50s maybe 60 at the oldest) we had what seemed like a unlimited supply of OCs of both 40s and 80s but mainly 80s, until the old man died and his wife desperatly needed cash, so she sold them all to us for less the 5$ each..and while we where getting the OCs we found out she had her own supply of xanax and we bought them from her too but when the old man was alivce we where able to get them OCs but we always had to "place an order" for them and he would have them a day or 2 later, cause he had to call his son up and get them threw his sons guy..well it turned out the old dude had them the whole time and it ended up him having around 300 OCswith around 200 being 80s..i know yall know the story to it cause ive told it a couple times but yea basiically the old dude died and his wife needed cash and instead of slowly selling them to us she asked if we knew anyone that would want them all and of course that was us..i guess the old dude liked them too and didnt want us to buy them all at once and he knew by making them seem limited that he could ge more for them but he was still selling them for less then half of what everyone else was,

but for years before that i was a once maybe twice if i had a good week a week user of norcos and when i could get the OCs tthen i would get them and getting high on 40mgs..well when we got all those bars and choppers i went from once maybe twice a week to eating bars everyday and snorting OCs at least twice maybe 3x a week and by the time we made a few grand and had more OCs them we knew what to do with i was snorting them every other day but needed 2 80s and a 40mg instead of 1 40mg..and since we had all them we kinda reset the market and played people like the old mnan was doing to us and i kinda priced myself out of eating them anymore cause i needed over 200mg to get high and refused to pay the prices i was selling them for..

with the benzos i never needed to try anthing buyt xanax cause i whad that unlimited supply of them...on the other hand dillys and opana and roxis and all the other fgoodies that are aroubnd now all came along after i mnade the switch so i never had the chance with the dillys and opana and only had a few roxis and that was before i scored the boatload from a buddy who lived inb florida for a summer and brought them back..ive only once seen the new formulation of OCs and ive done hundreds of them but it wasnt tye real new formulation, it was the old formula but a generic brand or somethjing like that

reckless: yeah, oxy's NEVER around in my experience. my friend got oxy for some "skin condition" she has and i'm wondering what the hell she did to get it. usually they'll prescribe you hydro in IL, but just in my experience. also, i posted somewhere else on here and got a warning about looking for sources when i totally didn't intend to come off that way, so i just figured i'd make it clear that i'm not looking for a hookup by any means. but yeah, i see your point.

xdefeatsy: agreed that pharms are getting harder to get all over the place. i get a decent deal on hydro, and that's only because i met the right person. you seem to have a decent selection though.

chinky: very interesting. that is one hell of a hookup. also, love the yellow xanax bars the best. i can't get them anymore since i cut off my girl, with whom i had something resembling bartering between that and hydro 10/325s, since it's not cool to scream at me when i'm not even making anything off you. and still. but god, i never see OCs in this city.

In school in St. Louis and all I can find are random opiates when people are prescribed them and a decent supply of etizolam which is marketed as xanax.

you just dont know the right people then...besides with the price you would pay for say an 80mgOC you could get high on dope for like a week, like a single sawbuckwould prolly get you just as hgh if not hgher then then a 80 OC..but in no way am i suggesting you get into dope..
