Stimulants Pharmacy ran outta adderall.. what should I do?

I've been prescribed Adderall for quite a bit of time now and last week I wasn't able to go and pick up my months prescription as usual. Today after things had been worked out I went to my pharmacy ready to get my script since I had been w/ding for the past week or so. When I arrive I discover that they only had 13 Adderall left and everyone else in town is out. I've heard that everyone else in my general area is out as well.

Going without Adderall just isn't an option for me at the moment, unless I have it my life goes on hold.

What would you recommend doing? My first two ideas were online pharmacies or switching to Dexadrine for the time being. The first one doesn't seem buy-able cause if all my local pharms are out, who's to say they all aren't out? And isn't dexadrine also made by barr and shire?

I recall a few years ago when I was scripted Vyvanse they psych told me that barre was supposed to stop making adderall completely one year. I can't recall when, it was when I was 17, and now I'm 20 so.. Seems odd to completely discontinue it like that, who knows if they will, but, could happen.
Any input on this?

There is a Adderall shortage in my neck of the woods (TN) i went to my normal pharmacy only to find that i wad unable to fill my script for 60x 20 mg tabs, they were completely out of the ten and twenty mg tablets. I ended up going through 5 pharmacies and the only one that had it was a little mom and pop place.
