what if that person can't afford the doctor visits, or otherwise can't access benzodiazepines, but is dependent?

autonomy with medicine can be dangerous, but it's absolutely required in my opinion.

Thanks 23536 for the cliffs notes version of why the overuse of antibiotics is having devastating effects on the bacterium of the world, and not in a good way. Personally, I view the discovery of penicillin man kinds greatest discovery ( think of all the lives saved with AB) but their overuse is creating some bad scenes. We ain't seen nothing yet. But, my greatest hope is something will come along and wipemout 90% of the population and give the earth half a chance, so, mixed feelings here. I am a walking paradox, yes.

In the UK, medicine is nationalized, so it's just costing the government hence the people more money for people to have to go get a prescription.

It's also much harder to come across legitimate prescriptions in the UK compared to the US, especially for opiates and benzos.

bearing in mind this occured in the uk where healthcare is free then there is all the more reason to go through the proper cannels so that you can be seen and diagnosed by experts and get proper treatment opposed to just taking what you think is correct
however in the fuck up which is USA i can see why people would rather not visit the doctor due to having to pay just to get his/her advice

As for these so called researchers so what they were able to get a few probably greedy pharmacists to sell them some benzos and a bottle of morphine. Here in the states there are pill mills that work in conjunction with a specific pharmacy, usually not a chain one, more like mom and pop places where they dont have a corp office looking over their shoulder. All they would have to worry about is the dea tracking order amounts. Taking into account the massive demand for drugs like that (opis and benzos) of course ppl are going to break the law. Same would go on in the uk id imagine if they didnt provide healthcare for everone. Also, who the hell comes down from a heroin high?? Lol, thats the last thing you want to do. I have had temaz a few times, the ones i had were yellow caps filled w powder. I dont think its water soluble but i dont doubt ppl trying to bang it. Why is it so popular in the uk i wonder?

I'm constantly torn between feeling the desperate need to encourage people to educate themselves on the reality of the situation, so that they can come to a simple conclusion such as you have, and just giving up on the majority of the population as hopeless sheep who continue to allow themselves to live a spoonfed life.
 
You can get any kind of antibiotic in lots of the developing world without prescription. Worrying about its use in the developed world is laughable.

I only came here because tonight in Bangkok I walked past a pharmacy called 'Smile Drugs', I was wondering if it was a front for MDMA distribution but thought the better of asking. Maybe next week ;)
 
i mean it must be much safer buying from a pharmacy than online there doesnt seem to be any trusted safe sites for thoose who have been fucked by docs
