Pharmaceutical Grade Opium

Swim has been dealing with chronic abdominal pain for a few years now. He will be actually picking up a prescription of this tincture of opium made by Marathon tomorrow. I'm wondering if it is injectable. Swim cannot find any info about it online. What swim does know is that the cost is $650 for a small bottle.

First off, don't use "SWIM" here.
Second, do not even consider injecting this stuff....unless of course you want to be CERTAIN that something terrible will happen to you.

Third, $650?????? Why the hell would you even bother with it at this price. As far as opiate-based medications go, this will be fairly mild. Seems pointless to spend that kind of money on it.-DG
