Period of Time Between DOI Usage

If I space out a week between two low dosages (less than 1mg) will that allow enough time for my tolerance to go down?

How about duration? Would that go down if I had tolerance?

A week should be alright, and I think the duration would remain fairly long with a loss of intensity if anything
